Eileen Gwin Director and Co-Founder
/MindFood Operations |

Eileen has a
real passion for learning and had to travel far and wide to find
classes
and workshops to meet her needs. She co-founded the MindFood
Learning Exchange to be a single place where people could come
and access a wide array of classes to improve the quality of
their lives and today is responsible for the operations of the
MindFood Center.
Eileen
started her career as a paralegal and moved into corporate sales
working for a fortune 500 company. Her last 12 years were spent
in the Hi-Tech industry and more recently as Director of
Marketing for an Internet Security company establishing them as
an international entity in Asia, Europe, and North
America. Eileen’s diverse range of experiences have given her a
depth of knowledge that makes the MindFood Learning Exchange a
vibrant part of Baltimore.

Umar Hameed - Co-Founder/
Corporate Trainer |

Umar is an
international speaker and consultant who specializes in empowering
companies and individuals to realize their full potential. Umar
Co- Founded the MindFood Learning Exchange and focuses his
attention in their Corporate division. Umar has been a
consultant to the governments of Singapore and South Korea help
their high-tech companies gain traction in North America .
Umar says ”Success and Personal
Growth are just a matter of the right attitude, right resources,
and strategies”. Umar brings a rich background to his work as a
Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
(NLP), With more than 20 years experience providing consulting
services and steering companies as VP of Sales & Marketing, at
several Hi-Tech Firms in Silicon Valley, Umar Understands what
it takes to drive and motivate successful teams while increasing
revenues.

Jodi Hume - Catalog

Driven by a desire to deeply
connect with others and to never allow them to sell themselves
short. Coach, photographer, mother and aspiring blues singer,
Jodi is passionate about music and that verve in someone's
voice when they are talking about something
that gets their juices flowing. Jodi in a passionate, joyous
coach and person who finds time to help us with the design,
layout, and details for all the MindFood Learning Exchange
catalogs that lists all our exciting new classes and you that
you look forward to each quarter.
After a stint in psychological research, Jodi joined GWWO,
Inc./Architects, where for the nearly a decade she has been
blessed with the space and support to routinely reinvent
herself. In 2003, she discovered that her life's passion was
personal empowerment. She decided to use her gifts and skills to
help people and groups discover and then step into their full
potential. Life's too short to live it at half-mast. As a
self-exploration junky, she was drawn to coaching after
experiencing the power it had in my own life and the lives of
those around me.
With a degree in Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore and
a Certificate in Skilled Facilitation from Johns Hopkins
University. she has completed the Co-Active Coaching training
program through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is
currently completing Certification.

Cherry-Lee Ward- Open House

Cherry-Lee Ward, B.S.B.A., M.Ed. She is a Certified Healing Touch
Practitioner with a practice in Hunt Valley. For the past
18 years she has been studying ways to improve and
heal her life. Cherry-Lee brings passion and enthusiasm to
both her
healing work and the job of open house coordination.
She is a teacher for Healing Touch at the MindFood
Center and is completing the certification program to be
a What’s Eating You??? trainer.
A natural teacher, she has used
her Masters degree in Education for many years as an
elementary and middle school teacher. Over the years she
has also taught a variety of classes to adults: Graduate
School courses in Language Arts, Thinking Maps Training ™,
Continuing Education classes in Technology, Math and
Environmental Education and Feng Shui. She has run
demonstrations on Healing Touch as well as taught Healing
Touch for Caregivers to hospice volunteers, and is
currently a volunteer for Seasons Hospice.
