Registration forms |
Registration Forms are processed immediately upon
receipt, so registering early will help to ensure a
place in the class of your choice.
Please call us in the event that you do not receive a
registration form.
We reserve the right to
change course location, schedules, fees, and instructors
where necessary. |

give discounts for groups of four or more persons.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If
you must cancel, notify MindFood no later than 3 days
prior to event and you will receive a credit
voucher, (less a $6.00 cancellation fee). Your credit
voucher can be applied to another MindFood class within
6 months of date of issue. Refunds will only be given in
the event that MindFood cancels a course that they are
unable to offer you a substantially similar class at no
cost to you. No refunds will be made directly to credit
cards, but a check will be mailed to you. No refunds
will be given for classes that are postponed due to
inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our
control. There is a $6.00 fee for transfer between
classes. To finalize credit requests they must be made
in writing and accompanied by your class admission form.
Mindfood VIP Memberships are non-refundable.
